Position Overview:
As the HR Lead at LFD, you will be entrusted with the task of conceiving and executing HR strategies and initiatives that harmonize with the company's overarching goals. Serving as a pivotal collaborator with the leadership team, you will ensure the adept management of our most invaluable asset – our people. The ideal candidate should possess a profound understanding of HR best practices, recruitment, and talent management, and a proven track record of implementing HR programs within a dynamic software development environment.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies congruent with the company's business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring alignment with the organization's values.
• Manage HR operations, optimizing processes in areas such as payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management for seamless efficiency.
• Collaborate with managers to discern staffing needs and deploy effective recruitment strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and implement performance management programs fostering employee development and business results.
• Provide coaching and support to managers dealing with performance-related issues.
• Identify training needs and design, implement, and evaluate effective learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
• Oversee HR policies and procedures to maintain legal and ethical standards.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
• 10+ Years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the software industry is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English, with verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
• Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams.
