  1. Position Overview: We are actively seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be a key player in identifying, engaging, and securing top-notch technical talent to support our company's strategic objectives. Responsibilities: Orchestrate seamless end-to-end recruitment processes encompassing meticulous sourcing, screening, interviewing, and successful closure of candidates for technical positions. Strategically build and sustain a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates, proactively addressing both immediate hiring needs and future talent requirements. Conduct comprehensive interviews to gauge the cultural alignment of candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity. Develop a data-driven approach by generating and analyzing recruitment metrics. Collaborate seamlessly with HR team members and other key stakeholders. Uphold a commitment to timely and transparent communication with candidates, providing a positive and informative experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications: A Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter. Experience in recruiting for a variety of technical roles, including frontend software developers, backend software developers, data scientists, data engineers, and other technical professionals. Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and industry trends. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
